We are moving through a time of great conflict and turmoil in our outer world that is rising up our own inner conflict and turmoil to be aired out of the Earth of our bodies. These are times in which we are called to activate the medicine of our own path more fully and with greater integrity in relationship with all of life.
This Full Moon is in the same sign of Aquarius for both Tropical and Sidereal Astrology, which is fairly rare since there is a 24-degree discrepancy between them. There is a uniting of differences and being able to look from a similar perspective in service to collective liberatory leadership that is balanced by the fiery heart centered expression from the Sun, Mars and Mercury in Leo. If you are new to the difference between these astrological forms, I suggest looking up Sidereal Astrology and learning how your birth chart could be 24 degrees different from what you may have thought it was. I see Sidereal Astrology as a more embodied form of astrology that shows us a map of the soul’s journey since it is aligned with the actual constellations in the sky. Tropical is more associated with our ego’s relationship to the cultural construct. Both are helpful for us to understand, and I feel that it’s important to know about our Sidereal chart in order to support our soul’s growth in this lifetime in relationship with the Cosmos.
My journey has shown me that the body is a source of great wisdom and medicine in many forms, which I have learned from so many traditions, practices and modalities. And we are all called to be willing to feel the conflict, the challenges, and pain in order to harvest the benefits of our a-tension as it releases through the expression of our hearts. Bringing attention to the tension allows for the emergence of new life to arise through the release. And with all aspects of life this can be true if we are willing to allow change and to be continually learning from what emerges and comes our way.
Through noticing how our body systems are related to the Earth systems, Solar system and beyond through the elements we can reunite ourselves with the cycles of life as above, so below and find greater guidance and balance. I invite you to join me in this Cosmic Heart Embodiment journey of reuniting ourselves with all of life through this very body in deep reflection and reception with the Cosmos. This is a deepening connection with yourself and therefore all of life that has been guiding me over the last decade and that is calling to be shared with others as I bring my practices together in service to our collective awakening.
